JVA was the civil engineer involved with the upgrades and expansion to the existing on campus athletic complex. Brooks Field stadium included replacement synthetic turf as well as a new stadium and utility extension and parking, drive and pedestrian enhancements with close coordination with the City of Golden. The parking expansion plans included grading, drainage, utility relocation and paving designs. The fast-paced design and construction schedule included design of road plan and profile, storm sewer infrastructure and grading, drainage, paving and erosion control plans.
