With a focus on urban, institutional, municipal, and governmental projects, JVA’s civil engineering experience includes many facets of municipal infrastructure design including water, wastewater distribution, transmission and treatment, bridge design, grading, drainage, roadways, parking areas, and utility infrastructure. JVA also has extensive background in industrial facilities including recycling centers, hazardous storage facilities and transportation service center projects. JVA is the On-Call/Town Engineer for numerous cities and counties throughout Colorado.
