The new mixed use project, currently in construction, in the Boulder Transit Village developed in partnership with the City of Boulder as part of a public-private partnership. The project includes underground parking, affordable housing apartments, market-rate apartments, retail development, and public roads and utility infrastructure. Extensive coordination with the City of Boulder is required as well as coordination with the adjacent Goose Creek multi-use path. Creative water quality treatment was necessary to keep the development density high.
