JVA provided civil engineering services for the 206,000-sq-ft indoor sports and recreation venue. The complex includes three sheets of ice for main seating, additional seating, and a practice/free skate area. It also includes two indoor turf fields, a sports performance training room, a gymnasium with two full-size courts, plus locker rooms, a skate rental shop, pro shop, and a snack bar. In addition, the district’s main administrative offices are housed in the new complex.
