JVA’s staff members have extensive federal engineering experience on projects of all sizes that vary from small forensic investigations to large infrastructure projects. We have over 20 years of structural, civil, and environmental engineering experience working on National Park Service (NPS) projects across the nation. JVA also provides engineering services on a variety of projects for the DMVA, NIST, and NOAA that include new construction, renovation work, and code compliance analysis.
