Residential construction, student housing, and senior living communities make up a significant portion of JVA’s portfolio. Projects include affordable housing, multi-family housing, mixed-use commercial housing, senior housing facilities, lofts, and private developers and institutions in Colorado and the western U.S. Some projects are part of master plan communities or residential subdivision developments.

Our hospitality experience goes back to the early 1960’s, when JVA was active in the development of base facilities for Keystone and Vail. We continue to be involved in projects for resorts and mountain communities across the western region of the United States, including hotels, ski resorts, camp sites, and restaurants.
