The Bus Stop Apartments in North Boulder is a Community Art hub and affordable housing development located in the NoBo Art District. The development team of Thistle Communities and AGR Development purchased the property in April 2016. The development includes 53 units–including 43 One-Bedroom Apartments and 10 Studio Apartments. JVA designed all site features and utility infrastructure, including interconnected rain gardens, parking, ADA accessible paths, and seating elements including art walls.
