Residential construction, student housing, and senior living communities make up a significant portion of JVA’s portfolio. Our projects include workforce and affordable housing, multi-family housing, senior housing facilities, mixed-use developments, lofts and private housing communities for developers and institutions across Colorado and the western U.S. Some projects are part of master planned communities or residential subdivision developments where thoughtful design connects residents, amenities, and the surrounding environment.

JVA’s hospitality expertise dates back to the early 1960s, when JVA was active in the foundational development of base facilities for Keystone and Vail. Today, we have expanded that reach across the western region of the United States while continuing to support resorts and mountain communities.  Much of our hospitality work includes conference centers, hotels, ski areas, camp sites, breweries, and restaurants that define the region’s character.
