The new Intermountain Health West Medical Office Building opened in October 2024 on the campus of the new Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The building uses an innovative new unitized building envelope system developed by Wells Concrete that consists of lightweight precast concrete wall panels.
