The building has a steel framed superstructure, with composite steel floors, and combination of flat and hip-and-valley sloped roof framing. The build is situated on a hill side near downtown Rifle, with grade entries at both levels, requiring significant retaining walls on 3 sides of the building. The building opened to residents in February of 2021.
