Project Description

This is a two-level, 105,000 SF Skilled Nursing Care Facility, part of the Grand River Health District. The facility is organized into three neighborhoods, correlating with the three levels of care offered. The building has a steel framed superstructure, with composite steel floors, and combination of flat and hip-and-valley sloped roof framing. The build is situated on a hill side near downtown Rifle, with grade entries at both levels, requiring significant retaining walls on 3 sides of the building. The building opened to residents in February of 2021.
