JVA provided the structural and civil engineering for this two story facility supporting an eye clinic and an ambulatory surgery center. Ultimately the building will house a total of four to five medical practices. Featuring glulam mullions at its corners the building is one of two in the nation to utilize a hybrid vacuum-insulated glass. A large PV array is supported by an entrance canopy projection that stretches back over the majority of the building.
