JVA, Inc. partnered with the Town of Winter Park, along with the municipalities of Fraser and Grand County, Colorado, to deliver the Winter Park Public Transit Operations Facility, a cornerstone of the region’s public infrastructure. This 37,000-square-foot facility was thoughtfully designed to support the essential needs of the area’s public transit system, providing space for bus maintenance, repairs, and operations. JVA provided comprehensive design services, including structural design, civil site design (drainage and utilities), and the environmental engineering design for the on-site wastewater treatment system (OWTS). A key feature of the facility is its flexibility for future expansion, ensuring it can accommodate the growing transit needs of the community. This project highlights JVA’s expertise in municipal work, demonstrating our ability to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions through multi-jurisdictional collaboration.
