Christine Britton Named 2021 ACEC Colorado Young Professional Of The Year

Christine Britton, P.E., a Structural Senior Project Engineer at JVA, Inc., was named the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Colorado 2021 Young Professional of the Year. Christine started with JVA as in intern in 2012 and was hired full-time after earning her Master’s in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.

Christine works in JVA’s Structural Historic Preservation studio and works on preservation projects in Colorado and across the Country. Notable projects include Many Glacier Hotel in Glacier National Park and 4 Bar 4 Stagecoach Hotel and Barn in Grand County, Colorado.

Christine currently serves as the President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Board of Association of Preservation Technology and volunteers as an instructor for the National Park Service with the Brick, Earth, Stone, and Timber (BEST) preservation workshops.
