JVA, Inc. is pleased to announce promotions to regional management positions in our Fort Collins and Denver offices. Cristy Helmick and Paul Stoffel have been promoted to Co-Regional Structural Engineering Managers for JVA’s Fort Collins office. Matthew Krall has been promoted to Denver Regional Office Manager.
Cristy Helmick, P.E., S.E. has been promoted to Senior Project Manager and Co-Regional Structural Engineering Manager in JVA, Inc.’s Fort Collins office. Cristy joined the JVA Structural team in 2020 and has over 15 years of structural engineering experience specializing in design of commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational facilities. She is responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing diverse structural engineering projects while maintaining client relationships and taking an active role in business development.
Paul E. Stoffel, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Project Manager and Co-Regional Structural Engineering Manager in the Fort Collins Office. Paul has been with JVA since 2015 and has over 16 years of structural engineering experience, specializing in high-end custom residential and commercial projects. He will oversee and manage multiple structural projects, supervise engineering staff, coordinate with architect and contractor, as well as assist with client and business development for the firm.
As Co-Regional Engineering Managers, Cristy and Paul will work together to supervise engineering staff, assign and schedule work, establish project priorities, and meet quality standards.
Matthew Krall was recently named JVA’s Denver Regional Office Manager. In this new role, Matthew will manage overall operations for JVA’s second largest office at 1675 Larimer Street in Denver. The office is comprised of 31 staff within the civil, structural, environmental, and administration departments. Matthew is also the Marketing Director and an Associate with the firm. He has 20 years of industry experience and joined JVA in 2014.
